For example, you can create a reminder for your goal, and you can also schedule it for a particular day of the week.

You can create as many reminders as you want, and they will all be shown in your notification bar, so you will always know what your next event is.

To create a reminder, you just need to choose a date, and enter a title and description for your reminder.
